about me

For over 38 years, I’ve been immersed in every corner of the health and fitness world—training, teaching, coaching, developing programs, fitness group classes, managing, sales, radio, television, owning Kickobx Xtreme, event planning, racing, practicing, inspiring others, and always evolving!

However, I did not grow up with healthy habits. Those habits followed me into my 20s, and during my first pregnancy, I gained 90 pounds—quite a challenge when you’re 5’1”!

It’s been a journey, to say the least. Over the years, I’ve learned, discovered, and transitioned in ways I couldn’t have imagined back then. Now that I am approaching 60, I embrace and man the rollercoaster life. One moment, I‘m fierce and focused. The next, I’m fatigued and forgetful. I swing from soulful to stressed, sweet to sassy, calm to crazed, silly to serious, and I struggle to sleep peacefully. Sound familiar?

Through it all, I’ve developed what I call The Four E’s of Living N.O.W.: eating, exercising, exhaling, and elevating. These pillars keep me thriving, and I’m here to share them with you.

My mission? To connect with and inspire women around the world to nourish themselves, love themselves, humble themselves, heal themselves, and make themselves a priority. Together, we can embrace changes, cultivate joy, and radiate strength, confidence, and beauty from the inside out.
